Service
Retreats

My retreats offer a space to step out of everyday life, slow down and realign.
They combine medical insight with holistic practices such as yoga (including Yoga Nidra), nervous system regulation and nutrition - with a focus on women’s health and hormonal transitions.
Part of my work are the Women of Water retreats, together with my co-host Kerstin Reithmayr, blending wellbeing with surfing and the power of the ocean.
I also design and facilitate bespoke retreats - from one-day formats to multi-day or week-long experiences, independently or in collaboration.
