Many women feel that they suddenly need to understand their bodies in a completely new way. This phase can feel confusing – but it can also become a powerful moment of realignment, clarity and personal growth.

My work is dedicated to helping women navigate this transition with knowledge, compassion and practical tools.

My goal is to support women not only to survive this phase of life, but to consciously shape it - with more clarity, energy, health and inner stability.

About Dr. Lan

I am a physician, health coach and yoga teacher dedicated to supporting women in midlife.

My work focuses on helping women understand the profound changes that occur during perimenopause and menopause - and to develop practical tools that support health, resilience and wellbeing.

By combining medical expertise with holistic practices such as nervous system regulation, yoga nidra and lifestyle coaching, I aim to create a bridge between science and integrative health.

My intention is simple:

to help women move through this life phase with clarity, strength and self-trust.
